Terms of Service

1) Overview
MoGo Delivery (“MoGo”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides booking, logistics coordination, invoicing, and payment flows for delivery and catering-related services. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
2) Accounts
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and maintaining the security of your login credentials.
- You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
3) Bookings & Services
- Bookings are subject to availability and MoGo’s acceptance. We may decline or cancel bookings for legitimate reasons.
- Changes, cancellations, lead times, and service constraints may apply. Any specific service terms shown during booking are incorporated into these Terms.
4) Pricing, Invoices & Payments
- Prices and fees are shown before you confirm a booking. Taxes and surcharges may apply.
- Invoices are generated based on completed work (and, if you explicitly override, pending work as disclosed in the UI). You are responsible for timely payment of invoices.
- Third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) may be used to collect payment. By paying, you agree to their terms and our Privacy Policy.
5) Messaging (Transactional SMS)
By providing your mobile number during account signup or when booking, you agree to receive transactional text messages about your bookings, reminders, driver/ETA updates, and invoices/receipts.
- Message frequency: event-based (typically 0–5 msgs/week).
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to end. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Message & data rates may apply.
6) Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Services, disrupt others’ use, attempt unauthorized access, or violate laws.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7) Intellectual Property
The Services, including content and trademarks, are owned by MoGo or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9) Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
